Every New Heights Athletic piece is printed on demand just for you, so we handle returns a little differently than a typical retail store.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Sizing & Fit
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing choices. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — if you're between sizes, size up. Ordered the wrong size? Contact us and we'll do our best to work something out.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to catch it before printing begins.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
